Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us, and as such, if you believe there is a defect with your print, please contact us within 7 days of your print being delivered. Once the print is returned to us and a fault confirmed, we will be happy to reprint the product and ship it to you at no extra cost, or provide a refund. Original shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
In the case that you have changed your mind about a product, or a defect in printing cannot be confirmed, we are happy to exchange the print for another of equal or greater value (the difference in price to be paid by the customer) or we can provide a gift card to the value of the product. Limited editions cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Please be aware that mock up photos are for advertising purposes only and are not accurate to scale. The size and aspect ratio will depend on the options you choose when purchasing. A professional, colour managed workflow is used when editing and printing, however, your print may look slightly different to the photo on your screen. This is due to screens being backlit, and prints only relying on refelcted light.
